Store Policies


  • To exchange an item, you must return the original item for refund & place a new order for the new size or item you need. This process is much quicker & ensures that the items you are ordering are in stock.


  • All returns must be made within 21 days of product sale date.

  • If you would like to return an item, please send an email to & include your Name, Order Number, & the item that you would like to return. You will be provided with specific instructions to facilitate that return. Please make sure to include your name and order number inside the package. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 
  • Refund amounts are for the full purchase price minus shipping costs. 


  • Orders may be cancelled before they have been post-marked. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Tracking info is provided for all packages. In the event that a package is not received, please contact with your Name, Shipping Address, & Order Number and we will contact the carrier on your behalf. A claim will be filed for any damaged or undelivered items. Buyers have 30 days from date of shipment to contact us regarding lost items.

  • Please make sure your shipping info is correct when placing an order. If a package is returned to sender, the buyer will be contacted via email and provided the option to pay for re-shipping. If the buyer decides not to pay re-shipping costs, the order will be cancelled & partially refunded. Partial refunds are for the full item amount minus any shipping costs. Orders that originally received free shipping and were returned to sender will be refunded for purchase price minus the custom shipping rate to that location. This amount varies by package size and destination.
